Important Pricing Update

Firstly, I just want to say a huge thank you to all my clients for your continued support in my small business. I am coming up to 3 years as a sole trader and it has been such an incredible journey that could only happen because of you. 

In the past year there have been a few changes to my business, one huge one being the opening of my own salon Nixie Lane. Another, more recent change, is swapping to a more sustainable, haircare focused and ethically minded colour brand, Lakme, that I have been integrating into your colour appointment over the last month. These changes allow me to continue to provide an enjoyable experience to you, however, they do come with an increase to my operating costs.

With that being said, there will be a price increase to selective services effective from the 1st of July 2023. I will be slightly changing my pricing structure for some services to allow for different lengths of hair. Currently, I have been charging the same for colour appointments regardless of whether you have long or short hair, so this change is necessary to cover the costs of extra product and time involved in each service. 

I understand we are all feeling the impact of the cost of living rising, our dollar just doesn't go as far any more. I have taken this into consideration when making this price adjustment, and I appreciate your understanding for the need to make these adjustments. I am here for you to discuss options for your hair to suit your lifestyle needs, there are always options that can help stretch out your services whilst still loving your hair.
